Meghan’s Mountain 2023 fundraiser, Dream’s in Denim, raised $155,000. Thank you to our sponsors and attendees for helping us light the mountains with love!

“Meghan’s game Room” dedication

On April 16th, 2023, Gilda’s Club Kentuckiana had a special dedication ceremony of “Meghan’s Room”, a new game room named after Meghan. The room features a pool table, skee-ball machine, arcade machine, and video games.

J Graham Brown Cancer Center Donor Wall Dedication

On December 12, 2022 the Brown Cancer Center dedicated it's new Donor Wall acknowledging those that have contributed to making life better for those fighting cancer. Meghan's Mountain and Meghan Steinberg were honored to have been selected to be a part of this special Donor Wall.

MEGHAN'S MOUNTAIN 3rd BELLE OF LOUISVILLE CRUISE FOR GILDA'S CLUB KENTUCKIANa

On October 9, 2022 approximately 400 cancer patients and their families enjoyed a cruise on the Ohio River aboard the famous Belle of Louisville. The cruise featured a DJ, light lunch, cake and soft drinks.

On November 11, 2018 Tattoo Charlie’s raised $12,234 during an all day event for Meghan’s Mountain.

Kendra SCott - gives back to meghan’s mountain

On September 29th 2018, the Kendra Scott location in Oxmoor Center held a one day event with 20% of sales given to Meghan’s Mountain in recognition of September being Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

MEGHAN'S MOUNTAIN 2nd ANNUAL BELLE OF LOUISVILLE CRUISE FOR GILDA'S CLUB LOUISVILLE

On September 23rd 2018 cancer patients and their families enjoyed a cruise on the Ohio River aboard the famous Belle of Louisville. The cruise featured live music and refreshments.

Meghan’s mountain day at the louisville bats for camp quality kentuckiana

On August 12th 2018 kids fighting cancer and their families were treated to a baseball game with the Louisville Bats. The event included free admission, food and soft drinks.

meghan’s mountain supports kids cancer alliance indian summer camp for kids fighting cancer

On July 13th 2018 members of Meghan’s Mountain visited the Indian Summer Camp which is a free one week camp for kids either fighting cancer or in remission. This camp is staffed by doctors and nurses so that kids can be kids again. Meghan’s Mountain is a big support of Kids Cancer Alliance and Indian Summer Camp.

Z Salon & Spa

On June 27, 2017, Z Salon & Spa held a Meghan's Mountain Day, where a percentage of the profits went to help Meghan's dreams of lighting mountains.A special thank you to all who made appointments for that day and to those who could not attend but donated through Pay Pal on our home page, and for our Board members who volunteered their time! We received over $1,300 in donations.

Meghan's Mountain sponsors baseball game at Lexington Legends baseball

Over 100 people attended the Meghan's Mountain-sponsored Lexington baseball game at Lexington Legends baseball field on Friday June 2. Children fighting cancer and their families from Kids Cancer Alliance (Indian Summer Camp) received free admission and an included dinner buffet.

Rodeo Drive held an event that raised $4,000 for Meghan's Mountain.

Jennifer Lawrence Foundation X-Men Movie Louisville Premiere

What an honor and privilege for Meghan's Mountain to have been honored by the Jennifer Lawrence Foundation at the Baxter Theater's on May 25 for the Louisville premier showing of her new movie, and for honoring the memory of Meghan in such a very special way. No words are adequate to say thank you to Jennifer, her mother Karen, her sister-in-law Meredith, to her entire family and to all those that made that night so special.
Meghan wanted her foundation to continue so that her brothers and sisters fighting cancer would continue to know that no one will ever climb their mountain alone. We thank the Lawrence Foundation and Jennifer and her entire family for helping to make Meghan's dreams a reality.
